Non-Technical Project Management/Change Management Specialist

The specialist is embedded in cross-functional programs within Applied Materials’ Field Service Operations organization and owns the people-focused side of transformation efforts. They assess stakeholder impacts and risks, build change plans, and coordinate communications, training, leadership support, and post-launch reinforcement. The role works with program managers, product owners, regional teams, sponsors, and managers to make global deployments practical and successful for field employees. It also helps measure readiness and adoption, address gaps, and improve the organization’s change management tools and standards.
