Senior Manager Capture Management 3 (LED)- TS/SCI

This position leads end-to-end capture efforts for significant government and defense opportunities supporting Northrop Grumman’s Launch and Exploration Division. The manager coordinates business development, engineering, finance, contracts, supply chain, technology, and program stakeholders to shape solutions, teaming plans, pricing strategies, and compelling customer value propositions. The role also evaluates customer priorities, market conditions, competitors, and decision-maker organizations while applying Salesforce and company acquisition processes. It suits an experienced defense or space professional who has led complex capture or proposal teams, can brief executives, and can influence both internal and external stakeholders. An active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI is required, along with substantial travel and experience with federal contracting practices.
