System Engineering Integration Test Planning - Level 5

This Level 5 systems engineering position supports the core Systems Engineering team on a fully onsite program in Chandler, Arizona. The engineer will develop and coordinate integration, verification, qualification, and safety test strategies across hardware, software, design, manufacturing, operations, and test organizations. Responsibilities include linking requirements to test evidence, managing schedules and resources, identifying integration risks, and preparing materials for customer, certification, and technical reviews. The position suits an experienced technical leader who can communicate effectively with varied audiences and guide teams or integrated product teams through complex development efforts. Candidates with defense systems experience, relevant mission or weapons-system knowledge, and an active security clearance may be especially well matched.
