HP&S - Engineering Business Analyst *HYBRID*

This analyst will partner with Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and program leadership within Raytheon’s Functional Finance organization. Responsibilities include developing quarterly EACs and monthly LREs, reviewing budgets and actual costs, assessing risks and opportunities, and explaining variances from plan. The position also supports monthly EVMS reporting, budget change requests, and weekly cost and labor analysis. Success requires independent judgment, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate across functional and program teams. It is well suited to an experienced finance, program controls, or business analysis professional familiar with defense programs and enterprise reporting systems.
