Senior Engineer II, Product Support - NPI

This Senior Engineer II role focuses on leading new product introductions (NPI) for ASM's advanced semiconductor equipment, ensuring tools are successfully installed and operational at customer fabrication facilities. You will work across demo labs, manufacturing environments, and customer fabs, partnering with global product support and field teams to validate readiness and drive smooth tool deployments. The position involves extensive travel (50%+ domestically and internationally) to support first-of-a-kind implementations, train field service engineers, and manage technical escalations during critical startup phases.
