Senior Manager, Process Engineering - New Inflection Products

This position leads a team at Applied Materials’ Arizona Research Center focused on materials and process solutions for future semiconductor technology nodes. The manager will oversee work involving ALD, CVD, plasma processes, thermal treatments, and surface engineering while partnering with hardware and integration teams to improve tool and process performance. Responsibilities include designing experiments, interpreting complex results, setting process and integration targets, resolving technical issues, and demonstrating technologies to customers. The role also helps guide customer programs and transition promising R&D concepts into manufacturable solutions. It is well suited to an experienced semiconductor process engineering leader with strong technical depth, cross-functional influence, and a record of developing teams and customer-facing innovations.
