SC&I Senior Engineering Manager, Space & Embedded Crypto

This leader will join the Space and Embedded Crypto leadership team and oversee delivery across complex defense engineering programs. Responsibilities span program execution, budgets, staffing, technical strategy, security certification, Agile practices, proposals, research investments, and adoption of new technologies such as AI. The manager will advise business and technical leaders on growth, sustainment, manufacturability, and customer needs while resolving risks and execution issues. The position suits an experienced engineering executive with a background in encryption or embedded systems, organizational leadership, and classified defense work. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI access are required.
