Principal EO Signal Image Processing Engineer - 3

The position joins a multidisciplinary seeker engineering team working on both developmental and flight hardware. Key work includes optical modeling, performance prediction, error budgeting, tolerance allocation, SILOS and STOP analysis, and collaboration on optomechanical designs. The engineer will also support alignment, calibration, environmental testing, troubleshooting, and correlation of test results with analytical models. Success requires close coordination with systems, structural, thermal, electrical, manufacturing, and test organizations, along with the ability to present technical findings in design reviews. It is well suited to an experienced optical or electro-optical engineer who enjoys complex defense applications, hands-on hardware development, and technically rigorous problem solving.
