Sr. Quality and Mission Assurance Manager 3

This senior leadership position directs a distributed Quality and Mission Assurance organization of more than 165 employees, including managers and individual contributors responsible for quality systems, audits, training, supplier oversight, inspection, and metrology. The manager aligns business-unit quality objectives with broader company goals while ensuring compliance with AS9100, customer requirements, DoD expectations, and internal controls. Responsibilities include establishing performance measures, managing budgets and resources, evaluating operational risks, and leading corrective action, failure analysis, and return-to-green efforts. The role also promotes data-driven decision-making, employee development, collaboration, and a sustained culture of operational excellence across five locations. It suits an experienced quality, manufacturing, mission assurance, or operations leader who can influence executives and cross-functional teams, manage other managers, and travel regularly while working onsite in Mesa, Arizona, or Plymouth, Minnesota.
