The intern will join the Manufacturing Technician team supporting the production of aerospace parts, assemblies, cables, harnesses, and potentially composite components. Duties may include equipment setup and calibration, rework, quality checks, data collection, soldering or assembly tasks, and helping refine manufacturing procedures. The role is performed on-site from 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM and may lead to future full-time employment depending on business needs and performance. It is suited to community college, trade school, or manufacturing-certificate students who are comfortable using hand tools and interpreting measurements and drawings. Candidates with relevant electronics, soldering, cable, harness, composites, or industry certification experience may be especially competitive.
