Chandler Manufacturing Technician Intern - Fall

This internship places the candidate on a manufacturing technician team supporting production of aerospace parts, assemblies, cables, harnesses, and potentially composite components. Daily work may include following drawings and technical instructions, using hand tools, helping with equipment setup and calibration, recording measurements, performing rework, and conducting quality checks. The intern may also collect production data and assist with improving or controlling manufacturing processes. It is suited to students at community colleges or technical trade schools and individuals pursuing manufacturing-related credentials who enjoy hands-on, detail-oriented work. The position is full-time on the first shift in Chandler, requires U.S. citizenship, and may provide a path to future full-time employment based on business conditions and performance.
