Senior Process Engineer

This engineer helps ensure chemical production processes operate safely, consistently, and economically while investigating quality issues and improving process performance. The position leads development work involving purification methods such as distillation, filtration, ion exchange, and related process-control technologies. It manages projects from pilot operations through high-volume manufacturing, including experiments, shelf-life studies, packaging standards, engineering changes, and technical documentation. The role works closely with manufacturing, R&D, procurement, sales, customers, and suppliers to align materials, product development, and process technology plans. It suits an experienced chemical manufacturing professional with strong scale-up, statistical, project-management, communication, and problem-solving abilities who can work independently and collaboratively and travel as needed.
