Senior Lead - Patent/Litigation Analyst

This position supports ASM’s global intellectual property function by investigating patents, scientific information, prior art, evidence of use, and potential litigation risks. The analyst will prepare materials such as claim charts, IPR support documentation, deposition exhibits, and other technical analyses used in legal proceedings and business decisions. Based in Phoenix, the role collaborates with colleagues across the United States, Europe, and Asia and reports to the IP strategy lead in Finland. International travel may be required, while regular interaction with local technical and business teams will be part of the work. It suits an experienced patent litigation professional with a scientific or engineering background who can work independently, communicate complex findings clearly, and operate effectively in a multicultural environment.
