Technical Recruiter, TA Systems & Digital/ AI Enablement

This recruiter will manage multiple technical requisitions, build pipelines for hard-to-find talent, and work closely with hiring managers to deliver effective hiring outcomes. In parallel, the position contributes to improvements in recruiting workflows, HR technology integrations, reporting, and Power BI dashboards. The role also helps identify and implement practical uses of AI and automation to improve recruiter efficiency and the candidate experience. Success requires collaboration with global Talent Acquisition, HR, HRIS, IT, and data teams while balancing regional requirements with scalable solutions.
