Advanced Program Finance Specialist

This position sits within GDMS’s program finance and accounting function, providing financial insight for assigned contracts and special initiatives. The specialist conducts analyses, reviews spending requests, verifies proper cost treatment, and monitors compliance with ASC 606, GAAP, and company requirements. They assess financial results, surface risks and funding concerns, and work with program management to support sound business decisions and contract performance. The role is well suited to an experienced finance professional who understands government contracting, accounting controls, and regulatory requirements. Success also requires strong organization, judgment, collaboration, and the ability to manage competing deadlines in an on-site Scottsdale environment.
