Process Operator

This position supports the Acids group by operating ammonium fluoride reactors, acid distillation systems, boilers, scrubbers, cooling systems, deionized water equipment, and industrial waste treatment operations. The operator conducts routine plant rounds, records process information electronically, responds to equipment or process deviations, and assists with maintenance, sampling, and chemical blending. The role requires strict adherence to process safety, environmental permits, operating procedures, and certification standards. Operators may join emergency response and confined-space rescue teams and could assume incident command responsibilities when needed. It suits an experienced chemical or high-purity manufacturing professional who is mechanically capable, safety-focused, physically fit, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
