This remote position develops data ingestion, processing, and consumption workflows using technologies such as Matillion, HVR, and Databricks. The engineer partners with data scientists, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to translate data needs into reliable technical solutions. Responsibilities include data modeling, SQL optimization, documentation, security, compliance, and adherence to governance standards. The role is suited to an experienced data engineering professional with strong ETL/ELT, SAP, SQL, Python, and cloud data platform skills. Because the work supports government and defense programs, U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required.

Requirements

5+ years of data engineering experience in AI-driven analysis, modeling, and transformationStrong ETL/ELT experience, preferably with MatillionExpertise in data modeling, architecture, and SQLExperience with SAP HANA, BW, Multipliers, Infocubes, and ODataProficiency with Python, Snowflake, SAP, APIs, or cloud platformsU.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance
