This engineer will work within the Mechanical Engineering organization, applying structural and product design tools to develop or improve aerospace components and functional systems. Responsibilities include planning and managing test programs, coordinating test article fabrication, documenting results, conducting engineering research, and supporting project execution. The role involves independent technical judgment, collaboration across organizational groups, and interaction with senior customer representatives. It is suited to an experienced aerospace or mechanical engineer who can communicate technical findings clearly and contribute creative solutions to complex development challenges. Candidates should be comfortable with tools and practices such as CAD, GD&T, and composite-material design, and must hold an active Secret clearance or higher.
