Contracts Manager (Supervisory)

This position oversees the full lifecycle of customer and subcontract agreements, including interpretation, negotiation, approvals, modifications, and compliance. It partners with legal, program management, engineering, finance, customers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and reduce performance or contractual risk. The manager also supports proposals, subcontract work statements, audits, major program reviews, and strategic business decisions. In addition, the role leads a moderately sized team by setting priorities, assigning work, and developing personnel. It is suited to an experienced contracts professional with strong federal procurement knowledge, leadership ability, negotiation skills, and an active Secret clearance.
