Facilities Manager

This position leads regional facilities operations from Scottsdale, Atlanta, or Sterling, supporting several locations and traveling up to 40% as needed. Responsibilities include maintenance planning, critical building systems, inspections, emergency response, vendor oversight, project reviews, compliance records, and operational budgeting. The manager will partner closely with employees, site leaders, security, safety teams, and business stakeholders to prioritize needs and introduce improvements with appropriate alignment. The role also contributes to space planning, sustainability, energy efficiency, and workplace experience initiatives. It would suit an experienced, service-oriented facilities leader who can balance strategic planning with practical execution and remain calm in a fast-moving environment.
