Field Service Engineer 2

This position is part of Lam Research’s Customer Support organization, which helps customers maintain the performance and productivity of their installed equipment. The engineer performs on-site service, equipment installations and relocations, diagnostics, component-level troubleshooting, and corrective repairs on electro-mechanical and electronic systems. They document service activities, provide status updates, and work directly with customers while coordinating with internal teams when issues require additional support. The role is well suited to an electronics or engineering professional who enjoys practical problem-solving in demanding technical environments. Candidates should be comfortable working in cleanrooms, traveling extensively, and adapting to varied schedules, overtime, or on-call assignments.
