Contracts Manager- Progeny

This position leads the contracts function for GDMS and serves as a senior advisor on contractual rights, obligations, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating agreements, managing changes, supporting proposals, coordinating approvals, and resolving contract issues across internal teams and with customers. The manager supervises and develops contracts personnel while setting priorities and ensuring commitments are met. Success requires strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations, sound business judgment, strategic planning ability, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. It suits an experienced defense contracts professional who can work cross-functionally, manage complex agreements, and hold a DoD Secret clearance.
