Senior Engineer I, Component Engineering

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field3+ years of experience in component selection, qualification, supplier coordination, or technical project managementHands-on experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter) and ERP systems (SAP S4 Hana)Strong knowledge of failure analysis, component lifecycle management, and industry standards (RoHS, UL, ISO, IPC)Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (CREO) and understanding of ASME Y14.5 GD&T practicesExcellent analytical and communication skills with ability to work effectively in matrix environments
