Senior Engineer II, Product Support - NPI

This role focuses on bridging ASM's engineering and field operations for new product introductions in the semiconductor industry. You'll lead the complete lifecycle from demo lab validation through customer installation and ramp, ensuring tools meet performance standards and regional teams can independently support them. Working across manufacturing facilities and customer fabs, you'll conduct installations, perform qualifications, train field service engineers, and manage technical escalations. The position requires deep technical expertise in semiconductor processing equipment, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to mentor others while maintaining safety-first practices.
