Space Force MUOS Deputy Program Manager Engineering

The Deputy Program Manager, Engineering supports the MUOS program by directing engineering activities from planning through delivery and ensuring work meets quality, technical, and schedule expectations. This position partners with Integrated Program Teams, production operations, external customers, and program leadership to resolve issues and support manufacturing and upcoming contract efforts. Responsibilities include resource planning, status reporting, change and risk management, technical proposals, Engineering Change Proposals, and engineering performance tracking. The role is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with hybrid work indicated, and requires U.S. citizenship plus the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. It suits an experienced engineering or aerospace program leader who can manage teams, communicate with senior stakeholders, and apply project controls and composite manufacturing knowledge.
