Field Service/Start-Up Engineer - CT

This position supports customers in the field and helps ensure equipment is installed, operating correctly, and maintained according to company and customer requirements. The engineer performs troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and service reporting while working with service leadership, engineering, and quality teams. They also explain equipment operation and basic troubleshooting to customers and contribute to safer, more effective service practices. The role suits a hands-on technician who communicates well, stays organized, adapts to changing site conditions, and is comfortable traveling frequently. Candidates should have foundational mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience, a high school education, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
