Field Service/Start-Up Engineer - ES

This engineer supports customers in the field by installing, servicing, and maintaining equipment while resolving technical problems efficiently and professionally. Working with service leadership and cross-functional teams such as Engineering and Quality Assurance, the position also contributes to process improvements and risk reduction. The engineer documents service work thoroughly, teaches customers safe equipment operation and basic troubleshooting, and maintains strong customer relationships. This role suits someone with hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability, clear communication skills, and the flexibility to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice. Candidates should be comfortable working in varied environments, handling physical demands, and following established safety and service procedures.
