(Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist (Corporate functions)

As a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own end-to-end recruitment cycles for diverse corporate functions including Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, and Marketing, handling everything from initial intake through offer stage. You'll work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop targeted hiring strategies, source candidates across all organizational levels from individual contributors to executives, and provide market intelligence to guide recruitment decisions. The role sits within ASM's global Talent Acquisition team and requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to build talent pipelines, and experience recruiting across multiple business functions. This position is ideal for a strategic recruiter who enjoys fast-paced environments, can manage competing priorities, and brings consultative expertise to partnership with senior leadership. The role involves primarily North America-based hiring with occasional international collaboration in Europe, requiring cultural awareness and cross-regional communication skills.

Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or blended environmentProven experience recruiting across business and corporate functions such as Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing, HR, or Supply ChainDemonstrated track record managing recruitment processes from entry-level through executive leadership positionsStrong stakeholder management skills and ability to partner effectively with leaders at all organizational levelsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience with proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing toolsExceptional communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic global environment
