Facilities Engineering Manager

This manager will direct the maintenance and improvement of systems such as ultrapure water, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related plant infrastructure. They will plan and deliver capital projects, installations, and facility upgrades while controlling schedules, spending, contractors, and technical coordination. The position also owns engineering policies, regulatory and safety compliance, corrective actions, management-of-change participation, and operational performance reporting. As a people leader, the manager will hire, develop, supervise, and mentor engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.
