Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, NA

This role directs Talent Acquisition operations across North America, managing Talent Acquisition Managers, recruiters, contractors, and external vendors. It combines people leadership with responsibility for recruiting strategy, capacity planning, budgets, compliance, workforce alignment, and high-impact executive searches. The position partners closely with People and Culture, Finance, Legal, Analytics, Compensation, HRIS, and global TA leaders to maintain consistent practices while adapting to local market needs. A major focus is strengthening Workday data quality, reporting, recruiting technology, AI-enabled workflows, and forward-looking workforce insights. It would suit an experienced TA executive who has led geographically distributed teams, scaled recruiting in complex organizations, influenced senior stakeholders, and enjoys balancing strategic direction with hands-on leadership.
