Lead Technician Facility Services

This position leads field execution for a technical facilities maintenance team supporting mission-critical production and research operations. Responsibilities include prioritizing work orders, resolving complex equipment issues, coordinating with internal teams and contractors, and communicating risks or status updates to management. The technician works across systems such as HVAC, electrical distribution, process utilities, specialty gases, chemical delivery, life safety, and cooling infrastructure. The role also reinforces safety procedures, maintains accurate CMMS records, verifies work quality, and contributes to reliability and continuous-improvement efforts.
