Welder - 2nd Shift

This position supports the Weld Shop by fabricating stainless steel, black iron, and occasional other materials in varied positions and thicknesses. The welder prepares the workspace, verifies materials, interprets production documents, troubleshoots equipment, and maintains an orderly and safe shop environment. The role contributes to a manufacturing team serving high-tech industries and follows Lean, 5S, and TWI practices. It suits a detail-oriented welder with hands-on GTAW experience, GMAW skills, basic metallurgy and layout knowledge, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with coworkers. The schedule is an overnight second shift from 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., with regular standing, bending, hand use, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
