Vice President, Preconstruction, NA

This role oversees the complete preconstruction process, from power and site due diligence through design development, cost planning, permitting, and construction handoff. The VP works across development, real estate, engineering, construction, operations, commercial teams, utilities, jurisdictions, and customers to create repeatable models for multi-phase campuses and high-density computing environments. Success requires balancing speed, cost, scalability, risk, and investment priorities while preparing projects for predictable execution. The position is well suited to an accomplished data center or infrastructure leader with deep hyperscale development experience, strong commercial judgment, and executive-level communication skills. The role may be based in Denver, Phoenix, Santa Clara, or Ashburn and involves travel of approximately 30% or more as needed.
