This role sits within Vantage Data Centers’ Operational Excellence function and reports to the Director of Adoption & Enablement. It guides complex, multi-site initiatives from early impact assessment through rollout, stabilization, and long-term sustainment. The manager partners with operational leaders, project teams, technology and process owners, and site stakeholders to remove adoption barriers and translate complex changes into practical guidance for employees. The position also measures readiness, engagement, proficiency, and sustained usage, using feedback and data to improve implementation support. It suits an experienced change management or transformation professional who can independently coordinate cross-functional work, influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment, and support operational or frontline audiences.
