Preconstruction Manager, NA

As part of Vantage’s Market Development organization, the Preconstruction Manager helps shape development decisions before construction begins. The position produces capital expenditure forecasts, conceptual estimates, cash-flow projections, schedules, and cost studies while partnering with site development, engineering, construction, procurement, and finance teams. It also evaluates contractor and trade proposals, validates quantities and scope, identifies project risks, and improves estimating processes and data. The role suits an experienced construction estimating or development professional who understands complex multidisciplinary projects, especially data centers or MEP systems, and can work across multiple regions. Strong analytical, communication, technical interpretation, and stakeholder-management skills are important, along with a willingness to travel up to 25 percent.
