Product Owner — AI Reliability Engineering

This position provides product ownership for AI-native replacements of major enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, HR, and manufacturing systems. The successful candidate will prioritize work, explain its business value, coordinate competing stakeholder needs, monitor commitments, and validate delivered capabilities with subject-matter experts. The role offers meaningful decision authority while leaving architecture, engineering choices, sprint administration, and personnel management to others. It suits an experienced product leader or business analyst who has shipped software with engineering teams, understands complex enterprise processes, and can communicate effectively with both executives and technical professionals. Experience with modernization programs, AI/ML concepts, or regulated manufacturing and defense environments would be advantageous.
