This technician works within Northrop Grumman’s Electrical Power Subsystem group, helping engineers develop and maintain spacecraft power systems. Responsibilities include performing voltage, energy, fuse-sizing, transient, and equipment-degradation analyses, while also managing subsystem requirements and investigating failures or in-orbit anomalies. The position contributes to design reviews, customer presentations, subcontractor coordination, integration and testing, and mission operations after launch. It suits an experienced electrical technician with strong measurement and troubleshooting skills who is interested in spaceflight electronics. Candidates should be comfortable with technical documentation, engineering software, physical equipment handling, and obtaining a DoD Secret clearance.
