Mgr, Field Service

This position manages the field service function within Lam Research’s Customer Support Business Group. The manager organizes technical and administrative activities carried out at customer locations, including equipment installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and engineering updates. They schedule staff for urgent situations, ensure service information is accurately documented, and collaborate with design specialists when complex problems arise. The role also includes hiring, developing, and evaluating team members to maintain an effective operation. It is well suited to an experienced field service or technical operations leader with supervisory experience and the ability to coordinate people and technical resources.
