Intern- Engineering (Verification)

The intern will join Microchip’s Data Center Solutions IP Design team, which develops connectivity, memory, storage, and security technologies for servers and hyperscale data centers. They will create and maintain SystemVerilog and UVM testbenches, review simulation outcomes, debug problems, and work with design engineers on resolutions. The position also includes scripting, automation, and investigating practical uses of artificial intelligence in ASIC verification. It is well suited to a senior undergraduate or graduate student in electrical or computer engineering who wants hands-on experience in digital design, hardware verification, and verification-flow development. The schedule can accommodate part-time work of up to 25 hours per week while the candidate remains enrolled in a degree program.
