Sr. Mgr, Logistics

This position oversees the Phoenix-area distribution hub and ensures reliable movement, storage, and control of spare parts. The manager leads daily operations, develops the team, manages the third-party logistics provider, and serves as the escalation point for warehouse and spares issues. Responsibilities include maintaining safety, environmental, SOX, ISO, quality, and service-level standards while supporting business continuity and logistics system improvements. The role also owns budget forecasting, financial reporting, supplier invoicing, inventory metrics, and cross-functional projects focused on cost, efficiency, and quality. It would suit an experienced logistics or supply chain leader who is analytical, customer-focused, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and capable of leading teams and operational change.
