Packaging Technology Development Graduate Intern
The role involves helping develop and refine manufacturing processes used to produce advanced semiconductor modules. Working within Intel Foundry, the intern will support equipment performance, process sustainment, qualification, and technical problem solving. Projects may include Design of Experiments, process characterization, statistical analysis, failure investigation, and yield improvement. The position is suited to a PhD student in engineering, materials, chemistry, or a related discipline who wants practical experience in semiconductor manufacturing. Candidates should be comfortable analyzing technical data with tools such as Python, MATLAB, or JMP and working on site in a cleanroom environment.
