This position supports Space Systems programs from early design and requirements work through qualification testing, launch operations, and post-test analysis. The engineer will lead technical evaluations, test programs, failure investigations, trade studies, and reviews for electrical components and subsystems used in launch vehicles and defense systems. The role involves close coordination with integrated product teams, other engineering disciplines, manufacturing, operations, customers, and management. It also includes reviewing technical documentation, analyzing test data and performance trends, resolving nonconformances, and mentoring engineering staff. It suits an experienced electrical engineer with strong systems thinking, hands-on test and troubleshooting capability, and an interest in mission-critical aerospace programs.
