Business Management Manager 2

This manager will partner with organizational and program leadership to ensure strong financial performance and successful delivery of missions supporting national and global security. Responsibilities include estimating and tracking costs, preparing and reviewing Estimates at Completion, analyzing variances and forecasts, supporting contract matters, and managing invoicing and collections. The position also leads and develops program control analysts while communicating financial results to internal and external stakeholders. It suits an experienced business, finance, accounting, or program controls professional with leadership experience and familiarity with Earned Value practices. Government contracting, aerospace and defense, financial forecasting systems, and security clearance experience would be valuable. The role is based 100% onsite in Chandler, follows a 9/80 schedule, and includes approximately 10% travel.
