Senior Schedule Planner

This position sits within Leonardo Electronics US’s program planning and project controls function, partnering with program managers, engineering, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and leadership. The planner builds and maintains Integrated Master Schedules, connects cross-functional work, evaluates critical paths and schedule health, and reports status against approved baselines. They also model the effects of delays, staffing changes, material constraints, and shifting priorities across multiple programs. The role is well suited to an experienced, detail-focused professional who can turn complex schedule and performance data into practical recommendations with limited supervision. Experience supporting defense programs, regulated contracting environments, or laser and optical technologies would be advantageous.
