Org and Leader Effectiveness Partner

This role sits within Intel’s Talent Management and Org and Leader Effectiveness function, partnering with senior leaders across a complex global business. It combines executive advising, organization design, leadership-team facilitation, coaching, talent strategy, succession, and change leadership to address high-impact business needs. The partner assesses organizational systems and data, converts ambiguous challenges into actionable recommendations, and independently leads engagements while collaborating with HR, Talent, Learning, and other specialists. The position suits an experienced organization development or effectiveness consultant who can build trust quickly, challenge executives constructively, and connect people and organizational decisions to business results. Candidates should be comfortable operating in a lean, matrixed environment and supporting transformation, leadership transitions, and globally distributed teams.
