Document Controller

This position supports Microsoft’s data center construction function by coordinating owners, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams. The successful candidate will oversee execution against scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and security expectations. Responsibilities include reviewing designs, assessing risks, tracking invoices and key performance indicators, and creating dashboards and mitigation plans for leadership. The role also manages contractor resources, procurement processes, audits, regulatory compliance, and vendor performance. It suits an experienced construction or engineering professional with strong project controls, financial judgment, and data center experience.
