Jr Talent Sourcer (Contract)

This role sits within Lam Research’s U.S. Talent Acquisition function and supports recruiting for positions spanning different levels and skill areas. The sourcer will conduct market research, use multiple sourcing channels, assess candidate fit, and communicate qualified prospects to recruiting and hiring partners. They will also maintain candidate relationships, manage sourcing campaigns, gather competitive insights, and keep records current in the company CRM. This opportunity suits someone with at least one year of sourcing or talent acquisition experience who is collaborative, organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing several priorities independently.
