Sr Planning Analyst I (Onsite)

This position sits within Axon’s Supply Chain Planning organization and reports to a Planning Manager without managing direct reports. The analyst will monitor supply chain metrics, maintain supplier order and master data, coordinate shipment schedules, and work with suppliers and internal teams to address delivery, capacity, quality, and cost issues. They will also contribute to sourcing for new product introductions, manage assigned procure-to-pay activities, and provide recurring and ad hoc analyses for procurement decisions. The role suits someone who combines strong quantitative and process-improvement skills with careful execution and effective cross-functional communication. Candidates with several years of supply chain analysis experience and proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and Sigma are likely to be well suited, while Lean Six Sigma or PMP credentials are advantageous.
