Tooling Design Engineer I

This engineer designs, documents, procures, and integrates tooling used in a complex aerospace and defense manufacturing environment. The work includes creating CREO models and drawings, interpreting GD&T, supporting lifting-device analysis, and resolving design or production issues. The position partners with manufacturing and factory teams to improve processes, standardize fixtures, and introduce ergonomic, error-proof, cost-effective solutions. It also serves as a mechanical engineering resource for broader factory initiatives and guides projects from concept through implementation.
