Sales Configuration Manager

This position sits within Lam Research’s Customer Support Business Group and helps translate customer and product-group hardware needs into reliable equipment configurations. It leads configuration development for new products, evaluation systems, customer modifications, and R&D programs, while maintaining authoritative bills of material and configuration records. The manager also coordinates forecasts, production slots, delivery timing, quality and safety changes, and the transition of equipment from research environments into manufacturing. Success requires influencing multiple technical and commercial stakeholders and ensuring that customer requirements are reflected accurately in internal systems. This role suits an experienced semiconductor or technology professional who is adaptable, decisive, highly collaborative, and comfortable leading complex cross-functional work.
